  1. Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The unused portion must be returned in its original container.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jemnaturalskincare@gmail.com for instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
