During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, our founder — a full-time dental hygienist and single mother of three — set out on a mission to help her daughter, Jaylin, who was battling painful cystic acne. With no interest in harsh treatments, she began researching natural, skin-loving ingredients to nourish and heal — not irritate.

What started as a personal solution quickly grew into something bigger. As friends, family, and even dental patients began requesting the handmade products, JEM Natural Skincare came to life — lovingly named after her three children: Jaylin, Eric, and Madison.
